Terms of Service

Welcome to RealityGuard. These terms of service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RealityGuard ("Game") provided by DeepMirror ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Game.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or accessing the Game, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, including any future modifications.

2. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle personal information, is available here.

3. Game Access and Account

To access the Game, you have option to play anonymously, or associate a social account.

  • If you opt to play anonymously, your game record are not guaranteed to be persisted.

  • If you opt to associate a social account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. And your game record is kept with the Game.

  • You can delete your record by submittng an account deletion request form. Your exsiting game record of the account will be removed.

4. User Conduct

  • You agree not to engage in any behavior that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

  • Cheating and hacking are strictly prohibited.

  • You may not use the Game for any commercial purpose without our express consent.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All rights, title, and interest in and to the Game, including all intellectual property rights, are owned by DeepMirror.

  • You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Game according to these Terms.

6. User-Generated Content

  • You may create and share content within the Game.

  • You are solely responsible for your content and the consequences of posting or publishing it.

  • By posting content, you grant DeepMirror a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with the Game.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Game without prior notice for violating these Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

9. Limitation of Liability

DeepMirror shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Game.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Game after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of California without regard to its conflict of law principles.
